Content Strategy

Know what’s worth writing.

Anyone can generate words nowadays, but the key is knowing which ones are worth writing. I align my work to real user search intent to accomplish your business goals, so every piece of content earns its place instead of bloating your blog.

Start a project
Quality over quantity

Give people what they want

Ranking comes from answering what your audience is looking for, not from publishing more to make up for average content.

Tied to your goals

Build leads and authority

Everything is made to accomplish your goals, so the content works for leads and authority, not just vanity numbers.

A plan from me to you

A clear roadmap

You get a plan of what to publish and why, in order, so nothing gets written on a whim.

The process

How the strategy comes together

Four steps that turn a blank content plan into a system built to rank and to bring in the right people.

01

Audit and intent mapping

I review what’s currently on your site and in search to find what your audience wants, and find the gaps worth filling.

02

Keyword and topic architecture

I build topic clusters and a keyword map based on user demand, so your credibility compounds and Google knows your name.

03

Editorial roadmap

You get a clear calendar showing what to publish, in what order, and the strategy behind every piece.

04

Measure and refine

Once your content is live, I track what ranks and converts, then keep building on what’s working for you.

Questions

Before we start.

How is this different from just writing blog posts?

Writing is the execution. Strategy is deciding what gets written and in what order. Without it you end up with a blog full of posts that each made sense on their own and add up to nothing. With it, every piece supports the ones around it.

I only publish once in a while. Is this overkill?

The opposite. If you are only publishing a few times a year, choosing the wrong topics is expensive. Less frequency means each piece has to count more, not less.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site and an honest conversation about the business. Who you actually want as a client, what you sell that has the best margin, what you are tired of explaining on calls. That last one is usually where the best topics come from.

Do you use AI for this?

Not for the decisions. Anyone can generate a list of keywords in seconds now, which is exactly why the list is not the valuable part. Knowing which ones are worth your time, and which ones you have no business competing for yet, is the job.

How long before this pays off?

Longer than you want and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Search compounds slowly. What I can tell you is what is moving and why, month to month, so you are never guessing whether it is working.

Do you write the content too, or just the plan?

Either. Some people want the roadmap and hand it to a writer they already have. Some want me to do both. The plan is yours regardless of who executes it.

Let’s build something worth finding.

Tell me about your business and what you want to be known for. I’ll take it from there.
